Biography
Biljana Ignatovska, MD, graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine. She completed her specialization in radiology at the University Hospital “Sestre Milosrdnice,” after which she worked in the Department of Radiological Diagnostics at General Hospital “Anđelko Višić” in Bjelovar.
Since 2016, she has been the director and owner of the family-run Arcadia Polyclinic in Daruvar, where she has focused her expertise on ultrasound diagnostics, covering examinations of the breast, thyroid, abdomen, and color Doppler of neck and limb vessels, as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound.
In addition to diagnostic ultrasound, she performs ultrasound-guided interventions, both diagnostic (core needle biopsies, fine-needle aspirations) and therapeutic (musculoskeletal interventions, aspiration of pathological fluid collections).
Since 2023, she has been an educator for the SonoSkills Croatia team, delivering numerous lectures and courses on musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostics.
